Subject	Heated Storage Necessary?

Message	I have a 1994 convertible that I'll be putting away for the winter soon. I'm wondering if anyone has had problems caused by storage in an unheated unit. It can drop to -45 where I live and I'm concerned about the plastic windows and rubber parts getting brittle & cracking while it sits. Thanks in advance.
